This comment has been the most upvoted on my Mastodon story all day and I just wanted to take a moment to address it.

I don't know how someone can describe my using Mastodon as "walling myself off" considering I specifically stated in the article I basically rebuilt my social graph from scratch. Starting over on Mastodon was the one of the scariest thing I've done online, alongside disclosing my account in that article.
